Ravinder Reddy Etikala

Ravinder Reddy Etikala is an astute and accomplished businessman who has been at the helm of a range of successful companies over the previous three decades. He is most well known for his work in the International Education Sector being founder, owner and Director of the highly successful education consultancy, New Edge Consultancy Services. New Edge Consultancy Services has been in operation since 2006 and is widely recognised as an exemplar of best practice in the industry. Ravinder is also owner of Elements IT Solutions, a full service IT company based in Sydney NSW.

Ravinder’s interests also include philanthropy and he is the Founder and Director of New Edge Foundation. New Edge Foundation promotes accessibility of education and opportunity to inspiring youth across Australia and the Sub-Continent. New Edge Foundation has provided international education scholarships to over 500 students, operates an orphanage and school for underprivileged children in Hyderabad, India and provides funding to sporting and schooling initiatives to support wayward youth. In 2020, New Edge Foundation sponsored and hosted the inaugural Indian Cricket Tournament for Person’s with a Disability, providing a unique and inspiring opportunity for young sportsmen and gaining much-needed media attention to promote inclusivity and respect for diversity.

Arun

Arun is an Architect & Construction Projects Professional with 20+ years of experience in the end to end delivery of Design and construction projects across several states of Australia, Middle East and India. Proven expertise in bridging the gap between design intent and site execution. Adept at managing project lifecycles, from pre-construction activities and authority permitting to onsite contractor management and final handover.

Arun is also a Sustainability & ESG professional delivering green building certifications, ESG advisory, and sustainability disclosures for institutional and corporate clients. A certified PMP, LEED AP BD+C, Estidama PQP, GSAS CGP, IGBC AP, and GRI Professional, brings technical depth across LEED, GRIHA, GRI, BRSR, and AASB S1/S2 frameworks with a track record of leading high performing teams and delivering measurable sustainability & ESG outcomes at scale.

By combining technical proficiency with strategic oversight, Arun delivers impactful, high quality solutions and bring strong value to project management roles.

Seshu Babu Akula (Babu)

Seshu Babu Akula (Babu) is an accomplished engineering, project management, and property development professional with over 40 years of experience delivering major projects across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and India. He has held senior leadership roles in construction and development and currently serves as Principal Advisor for a leading private construction and development group.

Beyond his professional career, Babu is a dedicated community leader who has played a key role in promoting multiculturalism and the Indian community in Australia. He founded the Telugu radio program in Australia, co-founded Australian Indian Innovations Inc., helped establish Victoria's first Diwali Festival, and has served in leadership positions with several community organizations. He has also led landmark temple development projects, including the Sri Ganesha Temple redevelopment in Victoria.

Babu has held several public appointments, including Justice of the Peace (Victoria), Independent Director of SEHC, and Member of the Victorian Building Appeals Board. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Spirit of Victoria Award, Meritorious Service to the Community Award, and several honors for leadership, multiculturalism, and promoting Telugu language and culture.
